We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you would like to return an item, it must be returned in the condition it was received - not worn, not altered or washed, and with all tags attached. All returns must be accompanied by a receipt or gift receipt.
All hats, underwear and swimwear are final sale and may not be returned. Items marked as final sale in the product description may not be returned.
If the conditions above are met and the item is in perfect resalable condition, please contact email@example.com for a return authorization. All items must be postmarked for return within 21 business days from the day you receive the goods for a full refund or exchange. We do not refund shipping charges. Once you have shipped your return, please email us with the return tracking number. Due to the Covid-19 situation, there may be a longer than usual delay to the processing without this tracking information.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
All final sale items may not be returned or exchanged. If we receive a returned final sale item, the package will be returned to you, and a refund will not be issued. Regular priced items purchased during a temporary promotion are not considered final sale unless explicitly stated in the terms of the promotion. Items with reduced prices may be returned or exchanged provided they are not designated as 'Final Sale' in the product description. Orders shipped to locations outside of the United States may not be returned or exchanged. Final sale only.
