We offer complimentary USPS first class shipping on all orders over $50 before applicable taxes that ship to U.S. addresses. A flat shipping fee of $7.50 applies for orders less than $50 before taxes that ship to U.S. addresses.
We make every effort to process your order as soon as possible. Our typical shipping timeframe is 1-3 business days (excluding U.S. federal holidays), pending payment verification. However, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, there may be delays to your order's shipment. We ship all orders with a tracking number via USPS First Class from Los Angeles. Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days from the date of shipment, but occasionally USPS experiences delays due to weather. If you have placed an order that needs to arrive by a certain date, please notify us as soon as possible at email@example.com. While we cannot guarantee expedited delivery, we do our best to prioritize these orders and will try to accommodate special requests if notified as soon as your order has been placed.
Once a shipment has been scanned and delivered by the mail carrier, all items will then be considered the sole responsibility and property of the customer.
If you have placed an order as a gift, please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We offer complimentary gift wrapping and can also include a gift receipt as well as a handwritten note on behalf of the sender.
