PRODUCT AND PRICING INFORMATION

Occasionally there may be information on our Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). Bien Bien is not responsible for typographical errors regarding price or any other matter. Products displayed may be out-of-stock or discontinued, and prices are subject to change.

Although Bien Bien has made every effort to display our products and their colors as accurately as possible, the displayed colors of the products depend upon the monitor of the user, and Bien Bien cannot guarantee that the user's monitor will accurately portray the actual colors of the products.

Bien Bien accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and PayPal.

We reserve the right to request further identification for credit card processing on any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, refuse any order placed with us. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same user account, credit card, and/or orders that use the same address information. In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via email/address/phone number provided when the order was placed.

DISCLAIMER

Bien Bien provides the Site and all information, content, materials, services or products obtained through the Site on an "as is" and “as available” basis and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation, warranties of title, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement of intellectual property.

Bien Bien makes no warranty that (i) the Site or any information, content, services or products obtained through the Site will meet your requirements, (ii) the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the Site or any information, content, services or products provided therein will be accurate or reliable, (iv) the quality of the Site or any information, content, services or products obtained by you through the Site will meet your expectations, and (v) any errors in the Site will be corrected.

You further acknowledge that Bien Bien shall not be liable for any damages or any kind related to your use of this Site. We control and operate the Site from the United States, and all information is processed within the United States. We do not represent that materials on the Site are appropriate or available for use in other locations.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

This Agreement and the relationship between you and us shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Unless otherwise provided herein, you and we agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located within the State of California. Should any provision of this Agreement be held to be void, invalid, unenforceable or illegal by a court, such provision shall be valid and enforceable to the extent permitted by law or the applicable rules or bylaws, and the validity and enforceability of the other provisions shall not be affected thereby. Failure of Bien Bien to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not constitute or be construed as a waiver of such provision or of the right to enforce such provision. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Site or this Agreement must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
